Cancellation Policy
EDIT Photography – Christmas Mini Session Terms & Conditions By booking a Christmas Mini Session with EDIT Photography, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. As Christmas Mini Sessions are offered on a limited basis, deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please ensure you arrive with 5-10 minutes to spare to ensure you have the maximum amount of time in your session. Late arrivals will not be able to run into the next scheduled session. Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your session. If the balance has not been received by the due date, EDIT Photography reserves the right to cancel your booking and offer the session to another family. Any deposit paid will be forfeited. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel your session, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full remaining balance becoming payable, as it is unlikely the appointment can be filled at such short notice. If sufficient notice is given, your deposit will still remain non-refundable. Children During the Session Every child is unique, and while every effort will be made to create a fun, relaxed, and enjoyable experience, EDIT Photography cannot guarantee how children will respond during the session. Patience, flexibility, and a child-led approach will always be used to help little ones feel comfortable and happy. While specific expressions or poses cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to capture beautiful images, and I will do my utmost to deliver the three included images to the highest possible standard. Photography Style Sessions are designed to be relaxed, natural, and enjoyable. The best photographs often come from genuine interactions rather than forced smiles, so families are encouraged to trust the process and enjoy the experience. By booking a Christmas Mini Session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
